Our Own breads are mostly sourdough breads, made in our own bakery from nothing but Organic Flour, filtered water and a little salt. We use a 36 hour Sourdough method to make the best ever bread - and if you'd like to try it at home, you can re-fresh it with a sprinkle of water and 10 minutes in a hot oven. The Oat Bread (also known as Porridge Bread) is a good option for anyone trying to avoid wheat and spelt. 

In long life breads we have everything from keto-friendly options to par-baked sourdoughs, along with a good selection of high quality Gluten Free breads and baked goods. There's also some fantastic Irish Keto mixes for you to bake off at home!
