ORGANICO BAKERY
Organico Bakery breads are mostly sourdough breads, made in our own bakery from nothing but organic flour, filtered water and a little salt. We use a 36 hour Sourdough method to make the best ever bread - and if you'd like to try it at home, you can re-fresh it with a sprinkle of water and 10 minutes in a hot oven. The Oat Bread (also known as Porridge Bread) is a good option for anyone trying to avoid wheat and spelt, and the Life Changing Bread is our take on the Scandinavian classic - 50% organic seeds and 50% organic oats, it's delicious, nutritious and filling.
