Seedy Spelt Sourdough Bread
This handcrafted seedy spelt sourdough bread is made using organic spelt flour and a blend of wholesome seeds, delivering a rich, nutty flavour with a light, tangy sourdough finish. Naturally leavened and carefully baked, this bread is perfect for enjoying fresh or freezing to preserve its quality.

Please note: we ship freshly baked bread on Mondays and Tuesdays with An Post, to allow for delivery the same week.
Directions
- To refresh: soak the loaf thoroughly with water.
- Place in a preheated oven at 190°C for 10–20 minutes, checking after 10 minutes.
- Allow to cool before serving.
- Keep bread wrapped and refrigerated after arrival.
