Spelt Sourdough Bread
This traditional spelt sourdough bread is handcrafted using 100% organic spelt flour, filtered water, and sea salt. Naturally fermented over 36 hours without added yeast and folded by hand, it delivers a classic sourdough flavour with a light, tangy finish and satisfying texture.
Baked fresh in small batches, this loaf is a wholesome and delicious choice for daily meals. Ideal for toasting or serving with savoury or sweet toppings, it stays fresh when wrapped and refrigerated.
Please note: we ship freshly baked bread on Mondays and Tuesdays with An Post, to allow for delivery the same week.
Directions
- To refresh: soak the loaf thoroughly with water.
- Place in a preheated oven at 190°C for 10–20 minutes, checking after 10 minutes.
- Allow to cool before serving.
- Keep bread wrapped and refrigerated after arrival.
