Wheat Sourdough Bread
This wheat sourdough bread is handcrafted using organic flour, filtered water, and sea salt. Naturally leavened over 36 hours without any added yeast and folded by hand, it offers a deep, tangy flavour and a satisfying crusty finish.
Baked fresh daily, this classic sourdough loaf is ideal for sandwiches, toasting, or serving alongside soups and salads. Its freshness is preserved through eco-friendly packaging and proper refrigeration after delivery.
Please note: we ship freshly baked bread on Mondays and Tuesdays with An Post, to allow for delivery the same week.
Directions
- To refresh: soak the loaf thoroughly with water.
- Place in a preheated oven at 190°C for 10–20 minutes, checking after 10 minutes.
- Allow to cool before serving.
- Keep bread wrapped and refrigerated after arrival.
