Quinoa Spelt Sourdough Bread

This quinoa spelt sourdough bread is traditionally crafted using organic spelt flour, organic quinoa, organic oats, and a blend of seeds. Naturally leavened over 36 hours without added yeast and folded by hand, it offers a rich, wholesome flavour and a light, tangy finish.

Each loaf is baked fresh to ensure optimal taste and texture, making it a nutritious and satisfying choice for any meal. It’s a perfect option for those seeking a hearty, artisan-style sourdough packed with natural goodness.

Please note: we ship freshly baked bread on Mondays and Tuesdays with An Post, to allow for delivery the same week.


Directions

  • To refresh: soak the loaf thoroughly with water.
  • Place in a preheated oven at 190°C for 10–20 minutes, checking after 10 minutes.
  • Allow to cool before serving.
  • Keep bread wrapped and refrigerated after arrival.
