Quinoa Spelt Sourdough Bread
This quinoa spelt sourdough bread is traditionally crafted using organic spelt flour, organic quinoa, organic oats, and a blend of seeds. Naturally leavened over 36 hours without added yeast and folded by hand, it offers a rich, wholesome flavour and a light, tangy finish.

Please note: we ship freshly baked bread on Mondays and Tuesdays with An Post, to allow for delivery the same week.
Directions
- To refresh: soak the loaf thoroughly with water.
- Place in a preheated oven at 190°C for 10–20 minutes, checking after 10 minutes.
- Allow to cool before serving.
- Keep bread wrapped and refrigerated after arrival.
