Sesame Wheat Sourdough Bread
This sesame wheat sourdough bread is handcrafted using organic flour, filtered water, sea salt, and toasted sesame seeds. Fermented over 36 hours with no added yeast, each loaf is folded by hand to create a truly traditional sourdough with a full, complex flavour and satisfying texture.
Freshly baked in small batches, this bread offers a delicious nutty aroma and a crusty, golden finish. It's ideal for everyday use and keeps well when wrapped and refrigerated. Perfect for toasting, sandwiches, or serving alongside meals.
Please note: we ship freshly baked bread on Mondays and Tuesdays with An Post, to allow for delivery the same week.
Directions
- To refresh: soak the loaf thoroughly with water.
- Place in a preheated oven at 190°C for 10–20 minutes, checking after 10 minutes.
- Allow to cool before serving.
- Keep bread wrapped and refrigerated after arrival.
