L'Angelus Organic Sourdough Spelt Bread (460g)
L'Angelus Organic Sourdough Spelt Bread (460g) - Traditional leavened bread made with slow kneading and long dough fermentation. Made from stone ground cereal flours, natural leaven, purified water and unrefined sea salt.
Directions:
In the oven: Pre-heat the oven to 200°C (400° F). Remove the bread from the bag and lightly sprinkle with water. Baking time: 22 minutes.
In the toaster: Toast bread slices for up to 3 minutes at maximum temperature.
