While you can find all kinds of information online (some of which can actually serve to contradict and confuse us more), very often, we lack real-world resources to help us implement meaningful change.
What if there was an event that could not only teach you evidence-based knowledge specific to your symptoms and conditions, but also give you practical resources to make positive changes in your life right now? That’s exactly what’s on offer this autumn in Bantry — and it might just be the event that many of us have been waiting for.

I love simple, traditional herbal home remedies - cider vinegar for stomach ache, carrageen drinks for soothing children’s coughs and ginger tea for nausea are some of my favourites. I’ve always been passionate about water - I love watching it, swimming in it, and I even completed my MA Thesis on the sociological effects of water privatisation around the globe. If the concept of Irish wine sounds, well... a bit foreign to you, you wouldn't be alone. Ireland certainly isn't known for its vineyards—but they are, in fact, in existence, and there is a movement of producers who are bottling their own remarkable Irish wines.
We recently had the pleasure of hosting David Dennison, the man behind the brand Viking Irish Drinks, who came in-store to tell us all about their range of organic Irish wines, and what's happening in the world of Irish grape growing.

I don’t often notice the latest skincare trends, but one caught my eye recently and made me reflect on what I’ve learned over the years about natural skincare.
