The one you're hoping to impress

Ooh la la! For when you need to pull out the big guns, you can't get better than some luscious products from local brand Wasi.

Made with hand-foraged seaweed from the shores of West Cork, take your pick between the beautifully presented seaweed bath soak or the hefty glass bottle of scented bath salts. If they don't have a bath, there's a whole range of oils and other lovely bits that are sure to put a smile on your special someone's face.

The vegan

We're looking to our plentiful stash of vegan foodie treats for this Christmas gift. Think vegan chocolate coins and vegan mince pies. Much of the range of Christmas treats from The Foods of Athenry is also gluten, wheat, and dairy-free—great for those who have other dietary restrictions.

As well as the multipacks, they also come in tasty little single servings, too. Ideal for stuffing into a stocking or popping into a bigger bag of treats.

The skincare connoisseur

We recommend trying out the Viking Irish Drinks Caora Fíniúna Waterford Red Wine Reserve, an organic, fruity red that's grown and bottled in our very own County Waterford.

Another fabulous option for those on a budget is Domaine des Couteaux des Travers 'ZouZou' Organic Red Wine. It's biodynamically grown in France's Rhone Valley, and features a yummy blend of grenache and syrah grapes.

The sober one

Sure, vino and other festive tipple get the spotlight a lot of the time during the Christmas season. But your sober pal deserves more than just a sparkling Ballygowan, thanks very much.

We have so many fun, exciting, zero alcohol drinks that would make a brilliant gift for the non-drinker in your life.

Other favourites are the Sapinca Organic Root Elixir, Rochester Dark Ginger Drink, and—if you can visit us in-store—the always wonderful water kefirs from My Goodness that we stock in the deli fridge.

The hostess (or host) with the mostest

Gender neutral, folks!

For the one who loves entertaining and always seems to have guests round the table during the holidays, gifting a selection of charcuterie-friendly accompaniments is never a bad way to go.

We recommend diving into our cheese fridge and plucking out a bag of olives from Olives West Cork — the Halkidiki variety is plump and delicious. They pair beautifully with the Godminster cheese (in-store only), too.

Meanwhile, you can't rightly visit the Queen Hostess without a tipple in hand. The set of three mini Kinsale Meads is very giftable, and tastes delectable too, if we do say so ourselves.

The teacher

Practical and pretty, we reckon any teacher will get great use out of a high quality flask, water bottle, or coffee cup. We particularly love the Cheeki Insulated Coffee Mugs with watercolour print—just gorg.

Pair that with the classic teacher gift: a bag of tasty treats! But make it elevated, don't ya know.

The pregnant one

We stock a range of gorgeous body oils that make a perfect, practical, and lush gift for the pregnant person in your life.

Whether it's a friend or your partner, most anyone going through pregnancy is going to enjoy a lovely body oil — not only will it help to soothe stretching skin, but it also offers a calming moment to connect with their growing baby.

There's a lovely selection on our shelves, from Atlantic Aromatics Neroli Oil, which has a beautiful floral scent, to Kinvara's Apricot Body Oil, whose scent is very subtle. The latter is also included in a very nice gift set, if you want to level up a bit.
