If you are planning a very restrictive cleanse, eating very little, you might find it helpful to try this drink. If you are feeling tired, and perhaps at the time you would usually have a cup of coffee or tea, this can be a healthy pick-me-up. It is taken from a detox called The Master Cleanse, but in this case we are suggesting it as an accompaniment to a gentle cleanse rather than as the central part of the cleanse. For example, if you are working all week, it might be good to make some batches of soup and freeze them so you can have a healthy light meal easily.
