Rosso Appassimento Terre Siciliane IGP Bio 750ml
Produced from organically grown grapes in south-eastern Sicily, this semi-dry red wine is made using the traditional appassimento method, where the grapes are partially dried in the sun to concentrate their flavours and aromas.
Rich and full-flavoured, it offers layers of ripe red and black fruit, complemented by notes of black cherry and warming spice. The palate is smooth, rounded and well-balanced, with a generous, ripe finish.
Alcohol: 13.5% Vol.
Allergens: Contains sulphites.
