Bodegaverde Cariñena Macabeo Organic White Wine 750ml
A peach-plump and powerful dry Macabeo from Cariñena, with floral and white fruit aromas. This is a big, almost unctuous wine, with good acidity balancing generous, silky fruit concentration. Fermentation in temperature controlled tanks preserves the pure flavours of the organically grown grapes.
Because of the relatively high alcohol and intensity of the style, we think this might work very well on a hot day as the base for an attractive spritzer, or served over ice.
