For a friend who loves sea swimming in our local waters
I’d like to give these WASi bath salts with sweet orange and rosemary to a friend who loves sea swimming in our local waters. They are made just up the road at Donemark Falls from local seaweed and come in a beautiful glass jar, the perfect gift!

We could use it all the year round for family outings and picnics
If I were given this huge 1.8L Chilly’s water bottle we could use it all the year round for family outings and picnics. The blue is stunning and the size means we wouldn’t have to worry about refilling water bottles all day. So it is both beautiful and useful!
I’d like to give the present of a diffuser with The Nature of Things Essential Oils Diffuser Blend - Cosy Winter. The gift of a beautiful scent can be so powerful and uplifting, and this is like Christmas in a bottle!
I would like to receive the new Trilogy Microdermabrasion which I’ve tested at home. It combines Vitamin C with a 5-blend AHAs and pumice to exfoliate dead skin, brighten dull winter skin and reduce signs of ageing. I also tried leaving it on my face for a further 5 minutes as a mask for a dual-action treatment and found I was glowing - just what I needed in November!!

My niece and nephew Rex and Nell will be receiving a copy and I'm looking forward to cooking with them
We were lucky enough to have Oliver McCabe come and work with us this summer, and his positive, supportive and general all round lovely personality made our busy summer so much more enjoyable! He left Organico to do a book tour for Kids’ Kitchen Takeover doing demos with kids all around Ireland and the UK and we had a great gang of kids come in to help make a smoothie and quinoa ratatouille which everyone loved. If you have kids, nieces or nephews, grandkids, kids of friends this is definitely a great present and this year my niece and nephew Rex and Nell will be receiving a copy and I'm looking forward to cooking with them over Christmas.

A cosy blanket, a Christmas book and a box of these delicious chocolate covered nuts
I’m picturing myself curled up on the couch, under a cosy blanket with a Christmas book and a box of these delicious chocolate covered nuts. These are salted caramel milk chocolate for when you want something sweet or there is a salted roast dark chocolate version for the dark chocolate lover - I am happy with either (or both if anyone’s listening!!).

You can mix and match if you aren’t sure exactly what a person’s tastes are
I would choose to give a selection of delicious teas, paired with some local honey for a tasty, sweet, warm drink for these chillier days. This is a great gift as you can mix and match a few different teas if you aren’t sure exactly what a person’s tastes are. A box of winter magic adds a bit of festivity and the aromas will have anyone's nose tingling with the familiar and comforting scents. Local honey is perfect not only to add a bit of sweetness, but also for its immune boosting properties, which are very welcome this time of year!

Full of information I can refer to on my days out foraging seaweed
I have chosen Sally McKenna's book Extreme Greens as a gift I would like to receive. It is full of recipes that I could use over and over again, as well as information I can refer to on my days out foraging seaweed on our local shores. Sally is a West Cork author so the many seaweeds mentioned in this book are all local and available to me.

Gives a room that low-lit feeling of candlelight
Available in-store
Sustainable
Budget-Friendly (under €50)
I would like to give this lovely gift of a salt lamp, for its light and warmth that gives a room that low-lit feeling of candlelight that is perfect for relaxing on Christmas evening after the excitement of the day. It is also a gift that lasts, and the negative ions released by the salt into the atmosphere contribute to a sense of well-being and calm all the year round.

Takes me back to last Christmas when we made some delicious negronis
I would love to be given a bottle of Vermouth as it takes me back to last Christmas when we made some delicious negronis by adding gin to the vermouth with an orange liquor, and we even topped it up with prosecco as it was a special occasion!! Sharing it with friends and family created such a lovely cosy Christmas feeling, it is a really special gift.

For my kids’ school lunches and to take on picnics and days out
I'd love to give these beautiful and smart Black & Blum sandwich boxes to my kids for their school lunches and to take on picnics and days out. They are made of dishwasher proof steel so they are long lasting with no nasty plastics and the anti-bacterial bamboo lid doubles as a chopping board which is great for cutting up fresh fruit and cheese.

To celebrate my first Christmas in Ireland with my family and a good bottle of wine
This is my first Christmas living in Ireland, and I would like to celebrate it with my family with a good bottle of wine. We're looking forward to finding out which traditions are similar and which are different from those in Brazil where we come from - but feel sure that the coming together of family and friends for sharing good food, wine and presents will be the same!
When we were kids we always had these coins in our stockings, and I love including them in my kids' stockings now. It's one thing that hasn't changed and they are still as popular as ever! The Divine coins are fairly traded as well as being good quality chocolate. My kids love the milk, but they come with Dark (dairy free) chocolate as well.

Vegan but you'd never know - they can be enjoyed by everyone
I'm very excited to try this new Booja Booja gourmet selection! The box is so pretty and they've brought out new 'loglets' alongside the truffles which sound delicious. Booja Booja are vegan but you'd never know - they can be enjoyed by everyone.

Good for the environment as the food miles are low
This Christmas I would like to give some good friends a West Cork hamper because it is made up of all local products that are delicious as well as looking great. It is also good for the environment as the food miles are low, and supports our West Cork artisan food producers and the local economy. Most of all, this hamper is a great gift to enjoy with family and friends over the holidays!
I would like to receive a Moon Mná 2024 Calendar. As well as showing all the phases of the moon for the year, it looks really stunning on the wall and is also fantastic value for something beautiful that lasts all year.
