Fresh, intense, citrusy and slightly fruity nose with a touch of spice and fine nut flavours. Well-balanced and rounded with a robust and long finish.

Grechetto may grow in the land-locked province of Umbria but that doesn’t preclude it from pairing excellently with Tuna and other steak-like seafare.
