The benefits behind the botanicals

Spoonful Botanical is scrumptious, yes.

But it’s also packed with ingredients that support gut health, collagen formation and bone and joint vitality.

So what’s actually in Spoonful Botanical?

Invigorating spices

Including turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, cayenne, cardamom and black pepper. These spices work together to calm inflammation and stimulate the digestive system, helping your body absorb all the nutrients in Spoonful Botanical.

Healing herbs

Including chamomile, fennel, rosemary, juniper, parsley, nutmeg and oregano. These herbs work in harmony, taking on important tasks from supporting immune function to promoting heart health.

A touch of natural sweetness

Antioxidant-packed golden jumbo raisins round out the blend. They not only add a pleasing texture but also complement the spicy and herbal flavour of the other ingredients.

To make Spoonful Botanical, the whole root spices are dehydrated then ground into powder. Once all 13 anti-inflammatory herbs and spices are mixed with the raisins, the blend is left to ferment for 21 days so beneficial bacteria can flourish.

This process not only makes the blend tastier but also super digestible.

A recipe rooted in tradition, perfected in Louth

Louth couple Conor Grimes and Jayne Gavin are the creators of Spoonful Botanical.

Inspired by Indian healing traditions and their travels in Asia, the couple recreated the use of pure herbs and spices to support Conor's ageing grandmother.

The result?

Spoonful Botanical became an essential part of her daily regimen, contributing notably to her bone and cartilage health.

But how do you make it part of your daily regimen?
