Organic White Fusilli Pasta 500g
Girolomoni Organic White Fusilli Pasta is crafted from 100% organic Italian durum wheat semolina, ensuring a high-quality, authentic Italian pasta experience. Produced using a slow-drying process at 65°C for up to 12 hours, this method preserves the wheat’s natural flavours, aromas, and nutrients. The pasta’s rough, porous surface enhances its ability to hold sauces, making it ideal for a variety of dishes.
Grown, milled, and produced in-house by Girolomoni, an award-winning organic farming cooperative, this pasta represents a commitment to sustainability, fair trade, and biodiversity. With a savoury flavour and mineral-rich, wheaty notes, it delivers both taste and texture in every bite.
Directions
- Bring 5 litres of salted water to a boil.
- Add 500g of pasta and stir well.
- Cook for 9 minutes or until al dente.
- Drain and serve with the preferred sauce or ingredients.
- Store in a cool, dry place.
