Produced by Brigitte and Eric Destouet on a family estate acquired in 1936, the wine reflects generations of environmentally conscious winemaking. Grown on clay-limestone soils with a stony subsoil, the vines average 28 years in age and benefit from sustainable vineyard practices including de-budding, leaf thinning, and manual harvests for older vines.
Fermented and aged in steel tanks, this wine maintains purity and freshness, ideal for pairing with red meats, cheeses, and charcuterie. Serve at room temperature (18°C) to enjoy its full character.
