Organic Verdejo 750ml
Bogarve 1915 Organic Verdejo is produced from 29.16 hectares of carefully managed vineyards, showcasing how well this variety adapts to the local climate and soil. Harvested at night to maintain freshness, the grapes are processed under inert conditions to preserve their natural aromatic profile, with fermentation tailored to the character of each vintage.
The wine displays a pale yellow colour with greenish tones and offers fresh aromas of pear, apple, and pineapple. On the palate, it is elegant and refreshing, with balanced acidity and a lingering aftertaste of white fruits typical of the Verdejo grape.
Aging on fine lees in stainless steel tanks adds roundness and body, enhancing the wine’s smooth texture and complexity. Best enjoyed at 6º–8ºC, this crisp white pairs beautifully with seafood, rice, and fish. It contains 13% alcohol by volume.
