Your Organic Nature Organic Quinoa Mix 400g
Quinoa is a great substitute for rice, pasta or potatoes. It has a nutty taste and comes from the Andes Mountains. Use about 75g per person and add twice as much water or stock. Then let it simmer for 10 minutes and leave it covered for another 10 minutes after cooking.
