Your Organic Nature Chestnut Flour (400g)
Your Organic Nature chestnuts are first dried and then ground.
This product does not contain gluten and is a good source of carbohydrates. However, this product is processed in a mill where gluten-containing products can also be present. Because this flour does not naturally contain gluten, this flour should not replace more than half of the regular flour in original preparations. It gives a delicious nutty taste to the baked product.
