Organic Red Nádúrtha Pét-Nat No. 2 750ml
This true Irish natural ('Nádúrtha') Pét-Nat, Brut, is crafted from Solaris grapes and bittersweet cider apples. Naturally fermented with blackberry, mulberry, tayberry, and wildflower honey from Ballinaboola, it finishes fermentation in sturdy Champagne bottles and matures on the lees for 12 months. The result is a sparkling drink with delicate berry aromas, subtle notes of yeasty bread, and a medium-dry finish.
Ideal for celebrations or casual gatherings, this vibrant Pét-Nat pairs excellently with canapés, light bites, fresh salmon or trout, white roasts, desserts, and Irish cheeses.
This Pét-Nat is produced 100% organically, with no sulphites added.
Directions
- Serve chilled at 8–9°C.
