Irish Raspberry Chipotle Hot Sauce 150g
A sweet and smoky hot sauce combining raspberries with the rich, smoky flavour of real chipotles and the heat of cayenne chillies. The raspberries bring a fruity sweetness that balances the chilli heat, while beetroot and tomato passata add depth for a distinctive, full-flavoured sauce.
Ideal as a marinade for foods headed for the oven or pan, it can also be enjoyed as a dipping sauce or mixed with mayonnaise or soy sauce. Its sweet, smoky character pairs particularly well with dark meats, pork, burgers and salads, and it can even add an extra kick to a spaghetti Bolognese.
