Directions

• Adults and children aged 6 years and over: Take 1 sachet (6g), 1 to 3 times daily.
• Always take with 200–400ml of water.
• Build up gradually and maintain regular use for best results.
• It is recommended to start with half a sachet for the first 2 days.
• Store in a cool, dry place.
