Sticky Toffee Pudding 170g

Dates, treacle and vanilla extract are added to the fudge during cooking, so the resulting fudge has a rich, sticky toffee taste, but with a fudge crumble, uniquely irresistible!

Mella McAuley makes her stunningly delicious butter fudge, using local Bandon butter. She began making fudge for a local sweet shop in Bantry when she was in school and eventually decided to set up her own business.

Initially she started a stall in Bantry’s Friday Market, and sold to local delis. Gradually her kitchen enterprise grew in scale and now she works from her own kitchen unit in Lisavaird Co-op, outside Clonakilty, West Cork.

Sugar, condensed milk, butter (16%), caramel, golden syrup, glucose syrup, sea salt.
