Since 1999, the Greek bakery ZYMI has been making special organic cookies in their bakery in Athena. They like to keep it pure and Greek: with only a few local ingredients. The cookies contain special Mediterranean flavors and are prepared with extra virgin olive oil. The handmade cookies are double baked for an extra crunch. In the special flavor almond, sesame and orange juice.
