Matcha tea is a finely ground green tea powder remowned for its vibrant colour and smooth flavour. It's made from young, shade-grown tea leaves and has enormous cultural significance in Japan in particluar. While traditionally whisked with water to make a frothy hot beverage, matcha is now commony used as a baking ingredient, added to smoothies or chia pots and in matcha lattes.
Directions
1-2 teaspoons daily. Mix with liquid such as water, juice or your favourite smoothies.
