Bergamot is part of the citrus family and an old hybrid between lemon and bitter orange. It is grown mostly in southern Italy and has an elegant scent with tart and sweet facets with floral and spicy undertones. It is a quintessential ingredient in colognes and an ideal oil to freshen a room.
