Terra Sana Hatcho Miso is a strong, gluten-free Japanese seasoning made using traditional techniques from fermented soya beans. It has a unique and very strong flavour, thanks to the authentic production and fermentation process, which lasts no less than two years. Due to its intense umami flavour, it serves as an excellent organic alternative to stock cubes and is particularly suitable as a base for miso soups, sauces, and marinades. It also tastes delicious on bread, especially when combined with peanut butter. As the strongest of the four varieties of miso, it has a deep, rich taste that enhances a wide range of dishes. Made in Japan using an age-old recipe, it is unpasteurised and undergoes fermentation for no less than two years.
Terra Sana Hatcho Miso is completely plant-based, free from yeast, and contains no added sugar or salt. It is produced solely from fermented soya beans, maintaining a pure and traditional flavour.
Directions
- Use 1 tablespoon to replace a stock cube or for 200 ml of miso soup.
- Use as a base for sauces, marinades, or dressings.
- After opening, store in the refrigerator until the expiration date.
