A useful and convenient way of adding Shiitake mushrooms to many dishes.
Pilze Wohlrab Organic Dried Shiitake (20g)
Place the desired amount of dried shiitake in a heat resistant dish. 10 - 20 grams of dried mushrooms equals 100-200 grams of fresh mushrooms. Pour at least 100 ml of boiling water into the bowl per 10 grams of dried shiitake. Leave to soak for about 30-60 minutes. The soaked mushrooms can then be cooked for 15 minutes if required.
