The Bean team from Original Beans found a rare white cocoa that grows in the valley of the Piura in Peru. This Piura Porcelana bean was almost extinct, so Original Beans set out on a mission to protect the valuable cocoa and share it with you in the form of chocolate. The chocolate has in its purity and the white cocoa notes of raspberry, dried prunes and pecan. A wonderful 'mistake' of nature.
