Organic Buckwheat RAW (500G) Native to Northern Europe as well as Asia buckwheat is actually a fruit seed that is related to rhubarb and sorrel and not a cereal grain. It is high in both protein and fibre as well as being full of many other health benefiting nutrients. It can be made into a flour for baking or be used as a breakfast cereal.
Cooking Instructions: Rinse prior to cooking. Add one part buckwheat to two parts water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15-30 minutes until tender, stirring occasionally.
