Ombar Chocolate Dark 72% (35g)
This is for serious chocolate lovers. There's nothing complicated about this bar so the rich floral Ecuadorian cocoa does all the talking. The 72% cocoa solids give this bar an up-front flavour without being too intense. Like all Ombars this bar is sweetened with Coconut Sugar. Coconut sugar is made from the sap of coconut palm trees; extracted once the blossom is removed. This nectar is gently heated until it becomes a delicious, rich unrefined sugar. To top it off, this bar is enriched with Bio-live cultures.
Ingredients: cacao mass*, coconut sugar*, cocoa butter*, Bacillus Coagulans GBI-30 6086 (0.34%) *certified organic. May contain traces of nuts & soy.
