Inositol 500mg 100 Veg Capsules

Inositol is a non-essential member of the B-complex family and occurs naturally in both animal- and plant-based foods. This supplement provides myo-inositol, the most abundant form of this nutrient.

Inositol is present in cell membranes throughout the body, with particularly high concentrations in the brain and central nervous system, where it has an important role in neurotransmitter signalling. It also contributes to healthy membrane function and is involved in insulin action, lipid metabolism and the maintenance of cellular calcium balance.

Natural colour variation may occur in this product.
