All natural wool tumble dryer balls live up to their name – they are all natural – absolutely 100% unbleached wool. This is why some balls are all white and some have a few black hairs in. Some balls are more hairy than others due to the breed of sheep.

How to Use:
For an average load place three balls together with your washed and spun laundry, into the tumble dryer to let them help dry your laundry quicker and more efficiently. Choose your usual settings and start.
First they will absorb some of the moisture and during the drying process they will help separate the laundry to improve the air flow and dry the laundry more evenly . They work best in a sensor dryer, otherwise a little bit of experimenting is required to choose the correct time.
When the laundry is dry, place the wool balls back into the bag to store them for the next time.
To create a nice scent, just put a few drops of your favourite essential oil onto the balls. Before doing so, please read the warning below about using essential oils .

Adding essential oils to dryer balls
Caution: For a pleasant scent, a few drops of essential oil can be added to wool dryer balls, however you should be aware that essential oils are a fire risk in hot conditions such as a tumble dryer and have been known, in some rare cases to cause spontaneous combustion, particularly if there is a build-up of lint in the dryer filter or ducting.
