All our multi ingredient products are submitted to the Organic Trust with the ingredients' organic credentials for approval. We buy in organic sugar and spices from Organico and, in the case of dates and apricots, from organic suppliers here in Ireland. They, in turn, are sourcing from organic growers in Turkey. We greatly appreciate Organico for supporting small local producers.

Our production is necessarily seasonal. Pear and lemon chutney or Blueberry chutney are made in limited batches during their respective seasons. We convert harvest into jams and chutneys from our own:

• tomatillo
• squash
