Mark's Farm Mil Raw West Cork Honey 227g
A natural, artisan raw honey produced in West Cork along Ireland's Wild Atlantic Way. Carefully gathered from the hive and prepared using traditional methods, this Irish farm honey retains its naturally occurring character, flavour and texture.
The honey is raw, unheated, untreated, unfiltered and unstrained, with nothing added. It is produced on a small scale by beekeeper Mark, with the work carried out by hand from hive to jar.
The bees are kept using biodynamic beekeeping practices, and the honey they produce is gathered, extracted and stored naturally. No water or sugar is added, leaving only pure Irish farm honey in the jar.
As this is a natural, minimally processed product, its appearance, colour and consistency can vary. Small amounts of naturally occurring beeswax may also be present, and the honey may crystallise over time. These are natural characteristics of raw honey.
Directions
- If the honey crystallises, place the jar in a warm location, such as in sunlight or near a gentle source of heat, to help soften it.
