Biodynamic goes a step further than organic: Demeter certified farmers have to meet extra high requirements. A German family business has been making freshly squeezed juices since 1936.
They purchase the biodynamic grapes from biodynamic growers, who work year after year to build a living soil, from which they and the generations after them can harvest. The grape vines grow on their own.
They are deeply rooted in the ground and are naturally strong. Immediately after harvest, the sun-ripened fruit is pressed and bottled, the juice does not come from concentrate and is heated briefly to extend the shelf life. Tasty, full-fledged and vital juices from close to nature. The juice of the Barbera grape gives the juice the deep red color and the intense taste.
The Montepulciano grape is sweeter and provides a balanced sweet-sour ratio. The grapes are picked by hand, gently pressed and processed without the addition of sulphur.
