Menoligna is a plant-based blend of sprouted milled flaxseed and milled chia seeds with added lignans, specifically developed for women during the menopause stage of life. This blend is high in essential vitamins and minerals such as B2, B5, B6, B12, calcium, magnesium, vitamin D3, and vitamin K2. Each 30g serving contains 30mg of Coenzyme Q10 and 300mg of SDG lignans, offering a wide range of health benefits. Lignans are naturally occurring phytoestrogens found in flaxseed, which mimic the role of oestrogen. Flaxseed is particularly abundant in the lignan secoisolariciresinol diglycoside (SDG), which is found in the inner layer of the flaxseed hull. These phytoestrogens may support hormonal balance during menopause, alongside other key nutrients that aid in reducing tiredness, supporting normal bones, and maintaining healthy skin.
