Description: These Capsules contain only dried Slippery Elm in a hard capsule shell to maintain the potency of the plant. The bark is pure and no additives of any kind are used in the manufacturing process.

Directions: Take one or two capsules with water or as a drink (see below) just prior to a main meal. Take no more than 6 capsules a day.

AS A DRINK Mix the contents of one or two capsules to a smooth paste with cold water and then slowly add boiling water (or milk if preferred), stirring briskly.

Do not exceed the recommended intake.
