In Sicily, where the La BIO IDEA Orzo is made in the traditional way, it is traditionally eaten in soups. But Orzo is also delicious as pasta with a good tomato sauce or pesto and as pilaf mixed with fried vegetables. Orzo is also a perfect base for a quick risotto variant.
