Enjoy a refreshing organic ginger drink infused with delicate lemongrass and a naturally gentle fizz. With fewer than 7 kcal per can, this light and invigorating drink offers a crisp, flavourful alternative for any time of day.

Made using traditional water kefir grains and gut-friendly live cultures, the drink undergoes a unique fermentation process followed by 14 days of conditioning in the can. During this time, the cultures develop the flavour and create natural carbonation for a pleasantly refreshing effervescence.

This unpasteurised and unfiltered drink contains live cultures and is vegan friendly, dairy-free, gluten free and non-alcoholic. It is very low in calories, suitable for diabetics, and contains no preservatives or stabilisers.

Ingredients

Triple filtered water, organic apple juice (consumed by the kefir to create the fizz), organic ginger (0.2%), organic lemon juice, organic lemongrass (0.3%), organic turmeric, organic spices (cardamom, fennel, star anise, cloves), sea salt, organic stevia leaf infusion (water, organic stevia leaf), organic water kefir culture.
