Directions

• Use freshly boiled water that is just off the boil.
• Allow one heaped teaspoon of herbs per cup.
• Tip: Use tea filter bags if you do not have a pot.
• Brew for 3-5 minutes for a pleasure cup, or 7-10 minutes for a medicinal cup.
