Directions

• Adults: Take 10ml three times a day before or after main meals using the measuring cup supplied inside the box. Maximum daily intake is 30ml.
• Children (ages 3 to 10): Take 5ml three times a day before or after main meals. Maximum daily intake is 15ml.
