Warm yourself up. Mulled Wine mix made in Baltimore West Cork.
Directions:
This Mulled Wine Mix is recommended with 2 bottles of red wine, or enjoy alcohol-free with cranberry or pomegranate juice.
In a medium saucepan, over a medium heat, combine this mix with 2 bottles of red wine. Heat gently for 10 - 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until desired temperature. Do not boil. Serve in heat-proof mugs or glasses, and garnish with additional citrus slices and cinnamon sticks.
Ingredients:
Brown sugar, lemon zest, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, star anise, orange slices.
