Ekoplaza Organic Odourless Coconut Oil (2L) a good choice for baking, frying, stir frying and deep-frying! Coconut oil consists mainly of saturated vegetable fatty acids with a medium-chain, these fatty acids are easily digestible. It can tolerate high temperatures and repeated heating without trans fats being formed. Coconut oil solidifies at room temperature so can be used on bread as a substitute for butter.
