Detox Essiac Tea Loose 50g

This loose herbal tea blend combines burdock root, sheepsorrel, slippery elm and Turkish rhubarb root in a traditional formula designed to support digestive health and gentle cleansing. The loose format provides a flexible way to prepare individual cups or a full daily serving.

Sheepsorrel has traditionally been used as a gentle bowel stimulant, while slippery elm has been used to soothe and nourish the digestive tract and support healthy gut flora. Turkish rhubarb root has traditionally been used to support gentle detoxification through the bowel.

Directions

• Use 1 heaped teaspoon per cup, or 3 teaspoons per day.
• Place the herbal blend in a teapot, large mug or flask.
• Add boiling water, using at least 1 pint when preparing the full daily amount.
• Allow to steep for 10–15 minutes, then strain.
• Drink hot or cold throughout the day for maximum benefit.
