Crafted from Trinitario cocoa beans sourced from the Dominican Republic and coffee beans from a women's cooperative in Colombia, these sails offer a bold and flavourful bite that’s both smooth and intense.
Transported by the wind-powered Tres Hombres sailing ship from the Caribbean to Amsterdam, the cocoa and coffee beans reach their destination sustainably before being transformed using solar-powered production. These Choco Sails are a celebration of craftsmanship, ethical sourcing, and delicious taste, all in zero waste, plastic-free, compostable packaging.
The cocoa used in this chocolate supports biodiversity through organic farming methods that enrich the soil and promote healthy ecosystems. Fermentation and drying are handled with care by the Conacado cooperative, representing over 10,000 small-scale cocoa farmers.
