Smoky Chipotle White Corn Tortilla Chips 45g
White corn tortilla chips seasoned with sweet and smoky chipotle for a rich, gently spicy flavour. Inspired by the traditional flavours of Mexico, the seasoning combines smoky notes, subtle sweetness and a friendly kick of chilli heat.
Made using carefully selected whole non-GMO white corn and the ancient process of nixtamalisation, the corn is cooked and steeped overnight before being ground into masa using Mexican volcanic stones. The masa is shaped and baked into tortillas, rested overnight, then cut and lightly fried to create crisp, authentic tortilla chips. The traditional process takes three days from start to finish.
