Chilli & Lime White Corn Tortilla Chips 45g
White corn tortilla chips with a vibrant combination of chilli heat and sharp, zesty lime. Inspired by the rich culinary heritage of Puebla, Mexico, this classic pairing delivers a lively balance of spice and citrus flavour.
Made from carefully selected whole non-GMO white corn using the ancient process of nixtamalisation, the corn is cooked and steeped overnight before being ground into a dough called masa using Mexican volcanic stones. The masa is shaped and baked into tortillas while still hot, then rested overnight before being cut and lightly fried to create crisp, authentic tortilla chips. The traditional process takes three days from start to finish.
